The West's strategy in tackling non-violent extremism is nothing more than the concept of 'Thought Police'.
According the UK CTS bill people would be considered as extremists if:
• They advocate a Caliphate, a pan-Islamic state encompassing many countries.
• They promote Sharia law.
• They believe in Jihad, or armed resistance, anywhere in the world. This would include armed resistance by Palestinians against the Israeli military.
• They argue that Islam bans homosexuality and that it is a sin against Allah.
• They fail to condemn the killing of British soldiers in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Colleges, schools, prisons, GPs and councils will now have a legal duty to prevent people being drawn into terrorism. Schools, nurseries even GPs will be required to monitor those they provide services to and report anyone they believe is at risk of, or has in fact been drawn in to terrorism. Universities will have to draw up policies on extremist campus speakers, and prisons will be required to have policies for dealing with radicals.
The so-called Western "Free" World is not so free. How ironic that they condemn the Gestapo (Nazi secret thought police), yet they have created one themselves? Believing fundamental aspects of Islam is considered 'Thought Crime' and the Muslims who are imprisoned without committing any violent act are considered 'Thought Criminals'.
